Please Follow these Instructions

General Instructions

No spot Registration is permitted.
A confirmation email will be sent only after scanned copies of the degree certificate are received.
Please arrive at the venue at 8.00 a.m. for registration.
The graduands shall occupy the allotted seats in time.
Latecomers will not be allowed to participate in the function.
Graduation robes will be provided at the venue against a deposit of Rs.1500/- of which Rs. 500/- is refundable.
The graduand is allowed to bring a maximum of three guests.
All graduands shall maintain silence during the function.
Photography is strictly prohibited. Photos will be taken by the official photographer.
Students having FE grade at present are not eligible
Students has to get all clearance from office before Registration (Library, Hostel, Accounts etc. )

Instructions For The Day

All graduands have to register online by clicking the registration link https://jecc.ac.in/graduation/ latest by 03/10/2023. The graduands who do not register on time will not be permitted to attend the Graduation Ceremony.

Following instructions are to be strictly followed in the Graduation Day

Dress

Formal Dress should be worn for the function as indicated below:

Gents: Trousers, Full sleeves shirts, tucked in with shoes and ties.
Ladies: Sarees / Salwar
Those who are not properly dressed will not be permitted to participate.

Guests

Only parents, immediate blood relations (parents/brother/sister) or spouse of recipients are allowed.
Children, below the age of 8 years, are not allowed.
Recipients who would like to bring guests will forward their particulars in the online registration form so that appropriate courtesy and hospitality are extended to them.

Participation

The list of registered graduands will be published on the website on 04/10/2023.
The graduands, whose registrations are confirmed, are required to report latest by 8.30 am to 9.30 am on the Graduation Day.
The graduands, who fail to report/register by the stipulated time, will not be allowed to attend the Graduation Ceremony.

Graduation Robes

Graduation robes will be provided at the venue against a deposit of Rs.1500/- of which Rs. 500/- is refundable.
All graduands must wear the graduation robes throughout the function. Gowns will have to be returned by them after the Graduation Ceremony on the same day by 1:00 PM.

Timings

The Recipients of the degrees, after registration, will be seated in the seats allotted for them in the Graduation Ceremony Hall.
Once seated, there must not be unnecessary movements in the hall and perfect discipline has to be maintained.
The recipients are not to leave the hall before the function is over.

Procession

All present in the Graduation Hall will rise when the procession enters and when the procession leaves the Hall.
During oath taking and National Anthem, all the participants shall remain standing.

Lunch

Lunch will be served after the Graduation Ceremony at 1.00 p.m.

Mobile Phones

Mobile Phones have to be switched off during the function.

Course Completion Certificates

The course completion Certificates will be presented to the graduands by the respective HODs at the designated venue.

Photography

Photography is strictly prohibited. Photography facility will be available for the graduands if they wish to get themselves photographed.
Graduation day photos and video will be taken by the official photographer and will be sent to the graduands in their given address on their request.
